I'm Shanay Shahzad, a creative producer/editor, communications strategist, developer, and systems builder based in the Greater Toronto Area. With the assortment of hats worn in various roles by my side, this site serves as a record of some of my work thus far.
I hold a full-time role outside of my creative practice, and my independent work happens alongside it. I make things across disciplines: video, music, design, dashboards, and words. Some of the work is professional, some is personal, most is both.
You'll find videos from my years producing and editing short-form and long-form content for various clients (MLSE, Giants of Africa, and more), creative audio and visual pieces from the album I'm currently cooking up, photography from cities I've moved through, brand and design work, Power BI dashboards and systems built for organizations that needed them, and writing across all of it.
