I lead data and delivery work at the intersection of project management and analytics. Currently a senior advisor in the federal public service, I design, build, and manage the enterprise dashboards and reporting systems that help leadership teams make sense of what's happening across the organization, combining Power BI development, SharePoint Lists and Excel data architecture, and project management discipline in a single practice.
I'm currently pursuing my PMP certification, which formalizes the project delivery methodology I've applied across the last several years of work. I am also building depth in Power BI, SQL and Python as adjacent capabilities.
A note on what's shared here:
The first projects on this page describe real work I've led in the federal public service. Because these dashboards contain sensitive workforce and operational data, screenshots and specific outputs cannot be shared publicly. What I can share is the type of work, the scope of what I built, and the role I played in delivering it.
Following those, this page also features public portfolio projects — dashboards and analyses built using publicly available Canadian datasets. These demonstrate the same skills at portfolio depth: data modelling, executive-quality visualization, DAX authoring, and dashboard architecture, all fully shareable.
For potential clients or hiring managers who want to see more, I'm happy to walk through my professional work in a direct conversation.
Enterprise Project Tracker & Capacity Platform
Federal Public Service — 2026
Federal Public Service — 2026
My role: Project lead for the Power BI component. Responsibilities spanned data architecture, DAX modelling, visual design, cross-team stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.
Tools: Power BI · DAX · Power Query · SharePoint Lists · Excel · Project Management (PMP-track methodology)
Led the Power BI development for an enterprise-scale project tracking and capacity management tool serving multiple teams across a federal directorate. The platform integrates data from SharePoint Lists, Excel workbooks, and other operational sources into unified dashboards for both project execution and management reporting.
What I built:
The main project tracking dashboard, providing visibility into active projects, resource assignments, and delivery timelines
A high-level insights dashboard designed for senior management decision-making
The underlying data architecture, including SharePoint List design and integration logic across multiple sourcesA capacity model connecting project assignments to individual and team workload.
Approach: Built using formal project management principles — defined stakeholders, scoped requirements, and iterative testing before rollout. Scalability was a core design constraint from the outset, so the tool could extend across additional departments without rebuild.
Workforce Planning & Scheduling Dashboard
Federal Public Service — 2025
Federal Public Service — 2025
My role: Lead developer, from requirements gathering through data modelling, DAX authoring, executive stakeholder engagement, testing, and rollout.
Tools: Power BI · DAX · Power Query · SharePoint · Excel
Led the design and development of a Power BI dashboard supporting workforce scheduling across a directorate of several thousand employees. Before this tool, senior managers were working from disconnected spreadsheets and manual reports to plan leave, coordinate coverage, and forecast capacity. The dashboard consolidates that fragmented picture into a single source of truth reviewed regularly by the senior management team.
What I built:
A senior management summary view designed for high-level strategic decisions on capacity and coverage
Team-level drill-through showing scheduling patterns, gaps, and risks
Filtering by team, time period, scheduling type, and role classification
A companion executive statistics dashboard for briefings and reporting purposes
Documentation and training materials that supported adoption across the organization
Approach: The audience was senior management, and every design decision prioritized clarity — a manager should be able to answer their question in three clicks or fewer, without technical vocabulary. Data model was built to scale as the organization grew and additional teams were onboarded.
Impact: Adopted as the standing reference for senior management planning discussions.
